This meeting will be at 160 Old Derby St. Suite 456 in Hingham, MA on February 15th, a Wednesday. The meeting is from 6-8pm. Because we are having a panel discussion, please try to arrive as close to 6pm as possible.

Meeting Topic: Working With a Team – From Virtual Assistants to Full Time Help, what you need to know to successfully grow your practice. Panel will include Leanna Hamill, Dagmar Pollex, and Lee Darst, as well as input from other members.
Find out dos and don’ts of hiring, get referrals to good virtual assistants and find out how to screen potential employees to end up with a good match. Also, find out how to deal with the interpersonal issues and things that aren’t governed by an employee manual.
